Position Summary Serve as primary point‑of‑contact on the casino floor to increase customer’s level of play in the casino; coordinate activities resulting in increased visits and customer loyalty.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Tracks players play history.

Promotes events on casino floor and builds relationships with customers.

Establish foundation for new clientele that will convert them to returning customers.

Hosts/attends special events on and off property.

Builds and monitors customer mailing list.

Assists Slot Club Manager as a part‑time supervisor when needed.

Works in Players Club.

Assists Entertainment Department.

Arranges slot tournaments and special events.

Adheres to company and department policies and procedures.

Maintains a professional appearance at all times.

Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Education and/or Experience Education Level:

High School Diploma.

Experience:

2 years in Customer Service/Public Relations/Hospitality field.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry related applications.

Knowledge of general hotel operational procedures and systems.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with customers.

Knowledge and Skills Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Summary Primary responsibility is to serve as the casino's player development specialist, developing relationships and having a strong communication with players to build a loyal relationship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Builds relationships with customers, establishing a foundation for customer loyalty.

Supports marketing programs using communication skills to disseminate information in a manner that builds business and creates a positive image.

Maintains player records and files when appropriate, keeping all information confidential.

Assists with marketing program functions.

Adheres to company and department policies and procedures.

Maintains a professional appearance at all times.

Handles box office ticket sales, logo retail sales.

Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
