We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Director, Business Intelligence to lead our mission of delivering Impactful Insights that empower decision-making and drive business value. This leader will own Traditional Analytics across the firm (e.g., business intelligence, dashboards, self‑service reporting) creating a forward‑thinking analytics function collaboratively with business embedded Analytics Teams.

The ideal candidate will guide the organization from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive insights, partnering closely with business leaders, technology, and data teams to embed analytics into daily operations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboratively with the Data Repository leader (a peer), and business embedded traditional analytics teams: define and execute the traditional analytics vision and roadmap to support strategic and operational priorities.

Define and deploy an agile and consistent firmwide operating model for business intelligence, dashboarding, and self‑service reporting that includes intake, development, deployment and usage monitoring.

Mentor analytics talent; grow a robust, diverse team with clear development and succession plans.

Engage senior leadership and board stakeholders; drive cultural change to embed insights in decision‑making.

Track KPIs: adoption rates, revenue uplift, cost savings, retention, and data quality improvements.

Participate in M&A, regulatory forums, and other strategic initiatives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, translating complex insights into clear, actionable narratives.

Qualifications:

10+ years in analytics, with at least 5 years leading teams.

Strong knowledge of analytics methodologies, including business intelligence, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

Experience leading analytics organizations in both traditional BI and advanced data science.

Proven ability to connect analytics to tangible business outcomes.

Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud‑based environments.

Strong communication skills—able to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.

Financial Services experience will be preferred.

Compensation The base annual salary range for this role is $164,000 - $265,000 plus a competitive performance‑based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
