Pay/Benefits at a Glance
Pay range is between $23.00 - $29.35 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Wraparound Program Fred Finch Wraparound’s program works with families utilizing a comprehensive team-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support.
What You Will Do The Behavioral Counselor works within the wraparound philosophy to support behavior strategies and provide 1:1 behavioral intervention and rehab services to participants with autism and other intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders. The Behavioral Counselor will work with participants and caregivers in their residence or community; document services; collaborate with other social service, Regional Center, educational or mental health professionals; and actively participate in supervision. The Behavioral Counselor is active in supporting and implementing wraparound philosophy and its individualized, strengths-based, culturally responsive, family-centered approach to behavioral, evidence-based intervention.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, education, social work, or related field
Clean driving record: current CA Drivers License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hired
Must have access to dependable transportation and minimum liability coverage
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
