Wage Range: $48.21 - $87.11

RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS EvergreenHealth's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers, preceptors, and clinical nurse educators.

RN Residents are required to have an active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license and a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card by your hire date commitment.

License, Certification, Education or Experience

Graduate of nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington by start date.

Current Healthcare Provider BLS- American Heart Association by start date.

Healthcare provider ACLS - American Heart Association completion during training

Able to start on May 11, 2026
