Your role is crucial in driving client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve any client issues promptly.

Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts to drive business expansion.

Collaborate closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Experience in managing client accounts within the insurance industry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Proven track record of coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues promptly.

Strong communication skills to effectively conduct meetings and calls, providing tailored solutions to client needs.

Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts, driving business expansion.

Experience in collaborating closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Must have a reliable vehicle.

Able to commute within a 50-mile radius.

Five or more years in a relevant industry's account management.

Ability to oversee multiple accounts and achieve targets without fail.

Demonstrated skills in effective communication and negotiation.

Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
