Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the management team. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review. Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail, B2B, or service industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and results-oriented mindset. Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience preferred. Freshers with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Working Hours
Full-time position. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional weekends based on client needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In-depth understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the Dallas market and its business landscape is a plus.
