Key Responsibilities
Conduct estate planning consultations with prospective and existing clients via Zoom and in person
Provide strategic legal recommendations and guide clients through every stage of the planning process
Draft and review comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client’s goals and values
Maintain timely, professional communication with clients by phone and email
Collaborate closely with internal team members and clients’ outside advisors, including CPAs and financial planners
Participate in weekly team meetings to review case strategy, client needs, and workflow planning
Qualifications
One or more years of experience in estate planning and probate; business transactional experience is a strong plus
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, empathetic, responsive, and able to work independently while managing deadlines
Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting planning recommendations clearly and confidently

Base salary up to $145k commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities
