What you will be doing: As a Lead II Accountant, you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing journal entries, analyzing accounts, and ensuring the overall accuracy of our accounting processes in alignment with generally accepted accounting principles. You’ll oversee monthly account reconciliations, partner with internal teams to optimize and streamline accounting workflows, and lead process‑mapping initiatives for greater efficiency. In this role, you will support internal and external audit requests, ensure sufficient controls and SOX compliance, and provide insights to management through ad hoc analyses and regular reporting. Additionally, you’ll take a proactive lead in the Marketplace initiative, ensuring accurate accounting for inventory with third‑party and Amazon warehouses, reconciling shipments and sales, and executing controls for seller‑fulfilled and Amazon‑fulfilled programs.

You are a highly motivated accounting professional with strong analytical, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills. You excel at working collaboratively within teams and communicating clearly with stakeholders across the business. Your supervisory experience demonstrates your ability to coach and mentor associates, while your strong attention to detail ensures the integrity of our financial statements. With at least six years of relevant accounting experience, you are ready to contribute immediately and thrive in a dynamic environment.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

6+ years of accounting experience

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrated supervisory abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA certification preferred

Experience leading process improvements and implementing systemic controls

Proven ability to innovate and drive change within accounting functions

Strong leadership and team‑building abilities
