We're now hiring an energetic, seasoned Marketing Coordinator to help us keep growing. We’re in the midst of a dynamic and exciting period of elevating and growing our brand and you could play a part. You’ll help build and maintain our highly valued referral base, working closely with our surgeons to plan and execute referral events ranging from social gatherings to continuing education courses, visiting referral offices to showcase our practice, producing promotional materials, and driving social media. Support marketing vision by creating and executing a wide array of marketing initiatives designed to build awareness, its expertise, continuing education offerings and seamless partnering with our referrals. Regular interaction with assigned surgeons to create individualized marketing plans for the communities they serve. Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, and ordering marketing collateral. Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice. Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing. Develop and maintain new and existing referral relationships through office visits, social events and continuing education opportunities. Able to work individually and collaboratively with our team of 9 full-time coordinators. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Marketing: 1-3 years (required). Experience in the dental or oral surgery field is a plus but not required. Working knowledge of Canva, Salesforce, & Excel. Robust organizational and project management skills, and attention to detail. Strong ability to work with and adapt to differing personalities and leadership styles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills. Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Must have a high level of creativity. Flexibility for occasional evening events. Reliable transportation. Schedule

Physical requirements include driving, flying, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time. Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time.
