Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Description This opportunity is designed for Arkansas-licensed therapists seeking stability in a remote clinical role. You will focus on therapy delivery while supporting consistent care standards and documentation practices across the program.
Responsibilities
Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
Complete clinical documentation and treatment updates
Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches
Offer clinical insight on higher-needs cases
Support adherence to care protocols
Maintain state and ethical compliance
Qualifications
Active Arkansas license as
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in a mental health field
At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
Familiarity with telehealth platforms
Reliable time management and clinical judgment
