Compensation & Benefits The package includes competitive weekly pay in the range of $2,522 to $2,549, with guaranteed 40 hours per week for a multi‑week assignment and strong potential for extension. We also offer a sign‑on bonus or retention incentive, housing assistance or stipends, and the flexibility to extend your contract based on performance and facility needs. Throughout your travel, you’ll have access to 24/7 support from our dedicated team, ensuring you’re never alone on the road and that clinical and logistical needs are addressed promptly.
