Description: Reporting directly to the Manager, Financial Decision Support, the Sr. Analyst, Financial Decision Support will be primarily responsible for providing financial and operational analysis, to assist business leaders throughout Baptist Health South Florida in making business decisions. Leveraging their strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills, the Sr. Analyst will support the Manager in the preparation of reports and presentations to measure and trend key performance metrics and present results in an analytical manner. Estimated salary range for this position is $80970.14 - $105261.18 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelors.

Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or related field.

MBA, or Master’s degree.

Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ability to drive process improvements and develop analytica/reporting tools.

Prior healthcare industry experience a plus.

Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings in a clear, concise format.

Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
