Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a

Senior Business Operations Specialist

to join our Business Operations team, located in

Dallas, TX.

This position will be supporting Global Warehousing and Logistics within our Parts & Distribution and Supply Chain organization. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help the Global Warehouse and Logistics function run their business, manage priorities, and maintain an integrated operating rhythm.

Delivering outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, ambiguous and ever-changing environment.

Coordinate artifacts, presentations and content

Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals.

Supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business cases.

Provides advising and guidance to strategy management and leadership team

Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.

Track and follow up on actions through to resolution.

Manages and updates BGS Supply Chain Global Warehousing & Logistics operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, website, file shares, etc.)

Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

3+ years’ of experience with executive level communication plans either in PowerPoint format, e‑mail communications, and oral presentations

1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives

3+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion

Experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions

3+ years of experience in developing and reporting performance metrics

Experience and/or the ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience working in a Supply Chain logistics environment

Experience delivering on business outcomes leveraging leading indicators

Experience working in ERP systems

Experience working in a business leveraging Agile practices

For external candidates, previous Boeing experience is a plus

Experience working with and safeguarding sensitive/confidential information

Bachelors degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $126,650 – $171,350
