Work with Jamila Foundation staff to produce a prioritized strategic roadmap for the 2026 US expansion that outlines institutional fundraising approaches, recommended operational and administrative system alignments between US and Guinea operations, and communications/visibility priorities. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

This roadmap will help unlock institutional funding and build sustainable systems so Jamila can scale programs that enhance youth employability, promote women’s economic empowerment, and support children’s education in safe learning environments, strengthening US partnerships and long-term program stability.

The Foundation has defined three measurable expansion goals and will make leadership and program information available to volunteers. Staff will collaborate regularly to refine assumptions, share documents, and help translate recommendations into an actionable timeline. Further specifics will be provided.

The Jamila Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization registered in Atlanta, Georgia, and Conakry, Guinea. Since 2022, the Foundation has been active in Guinea, focusing on women's empowerment, youth leadership, and education. Over two years, we've reached approximately 15,000 people through initiatives such as the Socio-Professional Integration Project, Wonder Women Bootcamp, and Educational for All Girls Program. We have established successful partnerships with UNICEF Guinea, Rio Tinto, and SMB Foundation, demonstrating our ability to collaborate across sectors. THE JAMILA FOUNDATION ENHANCES YOUNG PEOPLE'S EMPLOYABILITY We conduct advocacy and community projects aimed at improving employability for young people and fostering social cohesion in various regions. THE JAMILA FOUNDATION PROMOTES WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT From capacity building to financial assistance for income-generating activities, we provide inclusive support for women engaged in agriculture, crafts, soap-making, and service sectors. THE JAMILA FOUNDATION PRIORITIZES CHILDREN'S EDUCATION IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT We rehabilitate classrooms to create healthy learning spaces and offer school scholarships to children from impoverished families or those who have dropped out of school.
