Job Title: IT Program Manager – Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Location: On-Site (Juno Beach Florida)
Term: 12 Months
Overview The IT Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic IAM initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across cybersecurity programs.
This role combines program leadership with hands‑on operational work, including collecting requirements, managing priorities, and coordinating cross‑functional efforts.
The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and governance for IAM projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise security objectives and business needs.
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance
Define and maintain the IAM program roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Establish governance processes for prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor program health, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
Operational Execution & Requirements Management
Collect and document business and technical requirements from cross‑functional teams.
Manage competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of critical IAM initiatives.
Serve as the point of contact for operational escalations and issue resolution.
Project Planning & Delivery
Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource strategies for IAM projects.
Lead implementation of IAM solutions such as Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, and identity governance.
Oversee deployment, integration, and operational readiness of IAM tools.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with internal policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks related to identity security and access management.
Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes and operational workflows.
Qualifications
10+ years of proven experience in program management with a focus on IAM and cybersecurity.
Strong operational background in requirements gathering and prioritization.
Hands‑on knowledge of IAM technologies, protocols, and best practices.
Familiarity with identity governance, privileged access, and authentication mechanisms.
Expertise in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
