Position Summary The eGRC Enablement Team at CVS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Configuration Specialist to support ServiceNow IRM and TPRM configuration. This role will focus on administering and configuring ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules to meet stakeholder needs while ensuring internal platform configuration standards are met.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with eGRC Platforms such as SNOW GRC and Archer.
3+ years of hands‑on configuration experience with ServiceNow IRM and ServiceNow TPRM modules, especially Policy Management, Issues Management, Third Party Risk Assessments, Third Party Portal, Control Testing, Risk Management.
2+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing workflows, policies, and controls within ServiceNow GRC applications.
2+ years of proficiency in JSON and JavaScript for scripting and occasional customization within ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with RSA Archer platform administration and configuration.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and integration capabilities.
Knowledge of broader GRC processes, including policy management, issue management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment juggling multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑centric attitude, open‑mindedness, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
Understanding of industry regulations, compliance frameworks, risk frameworks, and leading risk, compliance, and resilience standards.
Proven team player and team builder.
Preferred certifications: CTPRP, CRISC, CSA, CIS‑RC, and/or CISM.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 – $203,940.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
