About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a
Diesel Technician
to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. This hands‑on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Medium‑Level Repairs
– Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after‑treatment maintenance, and other mid‑level repairs.
Comprehensive Diagnostics
– Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance
– Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
Streamline Maintenance Processes
– Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Commit to Continuous Learning
– Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
Technical Skills:
Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
