It’s every one of us working together.We offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together.**Essential Functions*** Perform diversified duties to maintain the flow of quality product from the machines through the packing process.* Work safely at all times utilizing JSA/SOP's.* Operation of C-Machines.* Conduct quality audits and visually inspect product.* Maintain required reports, including electronic reports.* Meet Company's requirements for attendance, productivity, quality, and team relations.* Work 12 hour rotating work schedule; 42-hour work schedule with overtime possible.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Job Qualifications***Required**Preferred** Accredited High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.* Experience using statistical process control tools and specifications preferred.**Environment*** Manufacturing Environment.* Physically capable of moderate to heavy physical efforts equivalent to frequently lifting or moving lightweight materials. Continuously lifting over 5 pounds over 70% of the time.* Continuous mental and visual attention performing diversified operations or activities requiring constant alertness or activity.* Physically capable of standing and walking over 70% of working time.* Work a rotating work schedule which consists of 12 hours per day - 42 hours per week.* Wear PPE as required.Join us.
