Position Overview Quadax is seeking a motivated and technically‑minded individual to join our growing AI development team as a
Copilot Agent Builder . You will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Copilot Agents using Copilot 365 and Copilot Studio, helping us deliver real, measurable value to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for Copilot Agents to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Design, build, and test Copilot Agents using Copilot 365 and Copilot Studio, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
Deploy agents in production environments and monitor their performance, iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
Document agent workflows, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
Support troubleshooting and provide ongoing maintenance for deployed agents.
Continuously learn about new Copilot features, updates, and industry best practices to improve agent effectiveness.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for agents at Quadax, acting as the primary resource, trainer, and practitioner, while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of advancements in AI and Copilot technologies.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrable experience building and deploying Copilot Agents (Copilot 365 and/or Copilot Studio), either professionally or through academic/personal projects.
Basic understanding of AI, automation, and workflow design.
Strong problem‑solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technology or working with healthcare data.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.
Exposure to Power Platform or similar automation tools.
Knowledge of GitHub Coding Agent, Visual Studio Copilot, or other Agentic tools.
