Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking full-time, master’s-level Behavioral Health Interventionists to support children, youth, and young adults (ages 0–26) in outpatient primary care settings. These grant-funded positions play a critical role in improving access to behavioral health services, supporting families, and reducing health disparities through integrated, team-based care.
Behavioral Health Interventionists work within the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) and Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) frameworks, providing screening, brief intervention, care coordination, and referrals in collaboration with primary care providers, psychiatric consultants, and interdisciplinary care teams. This role is clinic-based only and does not include inpatient or hospital responsibilities.
Ideal candidates are flexible, collaborative clinicians who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about early intervention and person-centered care for pediatric and vulnerable populations. Training and supervision hours toward licensure may be available. This is a full-time, three-year grant-funded position with the possibility of extension.
Required
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
One (1) year of experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults in a healthcare, behavioral, mental health, or social services setting
Current and ongoing Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) considered insurable under CMH insurance coverage
