Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver mental health services through a secure telehealth platform. This role supports clinicians who prefer a predictable schedule and clearly defined responsibilities. Your work will focus on assessment, therapy, and follow-through, allowing you to build continuity with clients while maintaining high clinical standards in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
Complete psychosocial assessments and care planning
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with care teams on clinical needs
Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
Active North Carolina LCSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Experience in mental health or outpatient services
Familiarity with telehealth systems and EHRs
Strong organizational and communication skills
