Overview
Full‑time LPN position in home care based in York County, Maine.
Pay & Benefits $37–$40 per hour.

Responsibilities
Verify plan of care with RN prior to each visit.
Collaborate frequently with physician and RN to meet patient needs; notify changes promptly.
Teach patients and caregivers self‑care techniques.
Check vital signs.
Review all medications and perform medication reconciliation at each visit.
Perform specialized procedures ordered by physician (e.g., foley catheter change).
Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using aseptic technique.
Complete documentation timely and accurately.
Qualifications
One year of clinical LPN experience.
Current LPN license specific to the state(s) assigned.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
