Position Overview
As a Regional Banker/Teller, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Leon Springs Banking Center to support multiple branches in PNC's San Antonio North Retail Market.
Responsibilities
Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Work Experience Requires 1+ years of related experience. Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
