Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on a variety of company‑owned and customer equipment using a high degree of independent judgment.
Providing service documentation.
Training lower‑level technicians.
Demonstrating equipment for customer use.
Using schematics and diagrams to repair various types of cranes and equipment.
Maintaining and repairing telehandlers as needed.
Providing certified crane inspections.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
3‑5 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment such as Manitowoc, Grove, National, Broderson, Terex, Tadano, Liebherr, Link‑Belt, Manitex, and Manitou. Willingness to travel with some overnight stays. High school diploma and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
Desired:
Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background, particularly with cranes. Extensive knowledge of crane equipment, advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams, proprietary tools relevant to the position, strong teamwork and communication skills, and factory training certifications are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Acceptance of accountability in all responsibilities, capability to lead, teach, and share knowledge, willingness to travel within the assigned region, ability to work at various heights, safety‑oriented mindset, knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assemblies, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other data systems, and ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.

Parts weighing up to 50 pounds may be lifted. Travel across the country may be required, and overtime work is mandatory.
Special Requirements / Certification Valid CDL license.
Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range for this role is $35.00–$42.00. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, and location. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
