Mechanic | A&P
Reports to :
Maintenance Director
Job Summary :
The right candidate will be a team player and be capable of performing, inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance on our piston aircraft. Being a part of our team means working hard in our fast-paced environment while keeping safety at the highest priority. Finally, a full understanding of logbook management systems and maintenance FARs is a must.

Duties / Responsibilities
Perform efficient troubleshooting, aircraft maintenance, and repair in accordance with applicable aviation regulations, manufacturer’s instructions, and company policies
Ensure consistent, accurate aircraft maintenance records by properly documenting & completing required forms, computer entries, and logbook entries
Follow all policies and procedures
Keep a clean and orderly work environment
Perform job duties in a safe manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate Required
2 or more years of piston-powered aircraft maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations
ROTAX, Piper Pa-28, and Cirrus Aircraft experience a plus
Skill Requirements
Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team environment.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Ability to manage written communication via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Physical Demands
Employee is regularly required to talk, hear, see, stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
