What You Will DO

Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage

Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues

Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)

Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance

What You NEED

2+ years HVAC service experience

Service Titan knowledge a plus

Must be 21 or older

Eligible to work in the US

Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record

Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check

Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods

Physical dexterity / Ability to work outdoors

Ability to handle heavy equipment
