Position Summary: As a Behavior Technician with BehaviorCare Therapy, you will work directly with children with autism or developmental challenges. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement personalized treatment plans to help each child reach their fullest potential. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to set you up for success and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in-home
Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
Coordinate with other team members to ensure program consistency
Communicate progress with parents and guardians
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field (e.g., teaching, nannying, counseling, childcare)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation
Availability in afternoons and early evenings (weekends are a plus)
Ability to pass a background check
$22 - $27 an hour
