Responsibilities
Support our clients by answering questions, creating quotes, providing technical support and taking orders.
Develop existing accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock‑outs.
Quote on parts, tooling and machines as requested by clients.
Handle the logistics involved in executing each event – handled both independently and as part of a team.
Coordinate marketing materials for the events.
Acquire new client accounts by calling prospects after the events.
Requirements Have experience in industrial machine sales or technical support.
Able to go on overnight business trip up to 30%.
Must have valid drivers’ license.
