Registrar

Under the direction/guidance of the Youth Development Director, the Registrar will serve as the primary point of contact for parent communications, camp registrations, and collections. This position will be responsible for maintaining records and assisting with registration for all camp families and programs. The registrar is responsible for maintaining a professional and organized office environment.**RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):** Maintain privacy requirements by not sharing personal information about members including, but not limited to, phone numbers, addresses, program participation, financial information, or personal situations. **REQUIREMENTS:** 1+ years of experience working with children in a structured setting Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
