This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the global manufacturing strategy through innovative solutions. You'll work with a dynamic team to integrate manufacturing systems and automation, ensuring Sanofi remains at the forefront of the industry.**AGV Cobot & robots lead** within our Global Manufacturing Systems & Automation team, you’ll lead the development and implementation of robotics and automation strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs for all our M&S sites. The specialist evaluates and integrates new technologies, ensuring standardization and alignment with business objectives. This position is crucial for enhancing manufacturing processes and achieving business targets through continuous improvement and advanced automation solutions.**Main responsibilities:*** **Lead Automation Strategy:** Define and implement the roadmap for AGVs, collaborative robots (cobots), and industrial robots to optimize material flow, production efficiency, quality, and cost reduction* **Project Management:** Oversee end-to-end deployment of robotic systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, timelines, and budget* **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Digital, Operations, HSE) to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions across the network* **Vendor & Technology Management:** Evaluate and select partners, be part of contracts negotiation, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and cybersecurity standards* **Innovation & Continuous Improvement:** Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities and future-proof operations* **Leadership & Change Management:** Foster a culture of innovation, train teams on new technologies, and lead change initiatives to support transformation and multi-year strategic plans# *About you***Experience:*** Proven expertise & experience in project using applied robotics and complex systems, with a strong focus on factory automation technologies and innovative solutions**Soft and Technical Skills:*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and design effective robotics and automation solutions Leadership, autonomy and collaboration skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams Strategic vision and planning abilities, with experience in financial management being a plus**Education:*** Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Robotics, or a related field relevant to the biopharmaceutical sector**Languages:*** Fluency in English and French is required.
