Key Qualifications:
Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or related field. (Experience may offset education requirement.) 5-7 years of progressive experience in servicing electronic control and HVAC equipment. Comprehensive technical competence in multi-vendor systems such as Schneider, Delta Controls, Alerton, Tridium, JCI Metasys, Distech, and Trane. Strong understanding of the Niagara Framework with the ability to recommend and plan for systems enhancements. Capable of independently managing work at job sites and leading a team. Effective communication skills to translate technical information for non-technical audiences. Proficiency in PC use and software programming. Valid Maryland driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience or certification in multiple control platforms; Tridium Niagara certification is a plus.
