About the Role:
The main function of a Warehouse Packer is to handle all merchandise that is packed and sealed for shipment and stack material unloaded from trucks.
Main Responsibilities: When working on the line as a packer, there are two main positions.
Warehouse Packer
Remove boxes of candy from conveyor and load onto pallets
Stock tape wrapping machine
Fold cardboard boxes to prepare for filling
Fill boxes with bulk candy
Close and tape boxes and stack onto pallets for transportation
Relief
Coordinate break times for designated warehouse packers
Fill in at each line when warehouse packer is on break to ensure line runs with no interruption

Due to this plant being a three shift operation, you must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
Compensation Data The base rate for this position is $26.81 hourly. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
