Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt and efficient customer service
Take ownership of the customer experience and create positive, lasting impressions
Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, both in person and by phone
Ensure technician time is effectively scheduled and consistently sold
Distribute work efficiently among technicians
Answer customer questions regarding vehicle concerns, warranties, services, and repairs
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards
Assist with diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering necessary parts and tools
Oversee warranty administration and support training and supervision within the service department
Reinforce company policies and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and promote positive employee relations
Qualifications
Organized, friendly, and professional demeanor
Demonstrated leadership or management ability
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Proven record of service and/or sales success
Strong history of positive customer satisfaction results
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
