Duties & Responsibilities
Walk the entire complex each hour
Document each walk with notes with exact date and times
Report maintenance and cleaning issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
Report any disturbances or safety violations to the proper authorities
Work independently without a direct supervisor for extended periods of time
Able to answer questions without the contact of supervisors
Work evenings and weekends plus some holidays
Have a basic working knowledge of safety policies and procedures
Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
