Description What you’ll do:
This position requires the following tasks: Material Handler and Pack Operator / Floor.
Material Handler: Deliver materials to the production lines and clear jams in packaging equipment as needed.
Pack Operator / Floor: Operate and clear jams in various pieces of packaging equipment.
What you’ll need:
Must be able to perform Operations Level 2 positions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrates sound judgment in decision making.
Demonstrate proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures as it applies to the equipment you are operating.
Ability to engage and collaborate positively with all levels and departments.
Understanding standards and measurements.
Math and computer skills.
Reliable and consistent attendance.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (after a training period) – if required by your role.
Lift up to 60 pounds.
Stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours.
Abide by company GMP and PPE policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
