What You Will Be Doing
Architect and execute advanced learning sessions – develop workshops across disciplines (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) and deliver individualized mentorship to 15-20 gifted learners progressing at 5-10x standard velocity
Identify and address cognitive barriers – modify methods dynamically to assist students who have surpassed conventional education in discovering their intellectual advantage
Apply AI for customization
Partner and enhance – improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative input and quantitative data
Basic Requirements / Gifted Student Coach Key Responsibilities
Premier educational background – Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League institution or comparable university
Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, accelerated college completion, or equivalent accomplishment
Recognized academic credential – Distinguished scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level instructional experience
3 years of mentorship background – experience coaching, mentoring, or educating students in any setting
Regular AI engagement – self‑documented daily interaction with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Geographic requirement – ability to relocate to or work on‑site in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Employment eligibility – authorization to work legally in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
