Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher
We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to support our team in Pasadena and Deer Park.
The successful candidate will have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. We are willing to train someone with entry level experience.
Previous office and clerical experience is preferred, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and clients.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with benefits eligibility after 60 to 90 days.
An immediate start is available.
Please note that extended hours may be required during the training period.
