Monte Nido Laurel Hill, located in Medford, MA, is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. The treatment approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, implementing healthy eating and exercise routines, eliminating harmful behaviors, and developing motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.
Position Overview This is a Full‑Time position with benefits. Sunday‑Thursday schedule. Pay: $67,000.00‑$110,000.00 depending on license and experience.

Responsibilities
Providing individual, group, and family therapy
Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
Interacting with insurance companies for pre‑certification and utilization management
Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
Providing safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the client’s intersecting identities
Qualifications
Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
State license (or license‑eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
