What You'll Do Your role is pivotal in maintaining the quality of our apartment homes, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained living environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Completing apartment work orders and turnovers promptly
Performing repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Assisting with the upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance
Demonstrating exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staff
Working with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionally
Responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed
Managing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issues

What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field
CFC and HVAC certifications are required
Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between properties if needed
Exceptional interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hands‑on work
