CNC Setup Machinist – 4-Day Work Week (Milling & Turning) Location: East Troy, WI (No remote)

2+ years of CNC experience and 1+ year of set-up experience is required for this position

Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and G&M codes is also a requirement

Pay is up to $33 hourly

Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

Company Overview This stable, established, growing, high-precision manufacturing company is looking to hire a full time, permanent CNC Setup Machinist – 4-Day Work Week (Milling & Turning). Responsibilities The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:

Working second shift hours from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am Monday through Thursday

Accurately running automated CNC lathes per specifications

Utilizing a variety of measuring instruments

Setting tools

Making tool page offsets

Investigating and troubleshooting issues

Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Documenting as needed

Qualifications Candidates must have a minimum background consisting of the following:

2+ years of machinist experience operating lathes or mills and 1+ years of set up experience

Strong ability to understand blueprints

An understanding of GD&T and G&M codes

Ability to follow safety requirements

Ability to utilize gauging and a variety of measuring instruments
