About Coeur d’Alene Resort: Our resort prides itself on providing outstanding guest experiences in a breathtaking setting. We are looking for a versatile Painter/Carpenter to handle a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across the property.
The Role: As a Painter/Carpenter, you will take on a wide range of handyman-style tasks, from painting and carpentry to general maintenance, helping ensure the resort stays in top condition for guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior painting, including prep work, touch-ups, and finishing
Handle light carpentry work, including repairing doors, trim, cabinetry, and furniture
Perform general maintenance and repairs such as patching drywall, fixing fixtures, and assembling or moving furniture
Assist with small renovation or improvement projects as directed by the Carpentry & Painting Lead
Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring safe operation
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Reports To: Carpentry & Painting Lead

Experience in general maintenance, painting, or carpentry
Hands-on problem‑solving and repair skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, self‑motivated, and safety‑conscious
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
