Litigation Paralegal Reputable personal injury litigation firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our trial team and provide support from the filing of the complaint through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Base Pay Range:

$85,000 – $100,000 per year

Location:

Monrovia, CA (Los Angeles County)

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist trial team throughout all phases of litigation, from complaint filing through trial.

Propound and respond to extensive discovery requests.

Draft various motions, oppositions, and replies.

Prepare pleadings and supporting documents, including declarations and exhibit lists.

Manage calendaring of deadlines, hearings, and depositions.

Schedule and notice deposition and hearing participants.

Coordinate court calls and appearances by attorneys.

Organize documents for filing and maintain case files.

Draft professional correspondence.

Handle special projects as assigned.

Top Qualifications

Previous experience in personal injury litigation.

3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
