In this role, you’ll support partners specializing in a wide range of insurance defense and commercial litigation matters with a focus on medical, trucking, and professional liability. Responsibilities will encompass full case management from inception to settlement or trial. Your attorneys will rely on you to collect, process, and manage discovery utilizing eDiscovery software. Experience in injury law will be helpful as you prepare medical summaries and chronologies. You’ll take on some billable work without the pressure of billing requirements. These attorneys are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and they’ll appreciate your organizational and analytical skills. After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
