Location: Marine - 60 Tuas Road, SG
Responsibilities
To lead and oversee the commercial executives in handling major repair or upgrading work
Make accurate estimate tender bid to secure vessels for repair and conversion work
Source for subcontractors for specialised jobs and complex work
Prepare accurate and detailed invoicing to achieve desire margin
Liaise with Ship Repair Manager and Project Supervisor for preparation of invoice
Settlement of invoice of completed projects with attending Owner Representative
Assess, negotiate and settlement of subcontractor’s invoices
Requirements
Minimum 6years working experience in similar capacity, with man-management experience
Possess Diploma or Degree in an Engineering field
Strong techno-commercial background in ship repair or marine construction
Strong experience in cost estimation and analysis for new ship repair projects
Experience in subcontracting and major equipment procurement is advantageous
Familiar with bidding and tender protocols
Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Location: GulRoad (Island-wide transport provided)
5 days work week
Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
