We are currently seeking a Hub Leader/Property Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will possess sales skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and be able to maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Responsibilities
Renting storage units.
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
Facility cleaning and upkeep.
Property Walk Throughs and clean up.
Collection calls for the locations.
Any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
No previous experience is required.
Ability to build rapport with tenants.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.
Driver's license and reliable transportation.
