Job Overview Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring their safety and that of the team.
Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures.
Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasionally up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for this job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
