It’s time to move up. Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers – a tough job that needs judgment, math and multitasking skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Set the example and enforce 100% compliance with all policy and procedures. Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift. Staff the team, complete paperwork, maintain cost controls, food management, and adhere to schedule. Maintain a perfect image and standards, provide great customer service, ensure attendance & punctuality, and keep store clean. Handle marketing, profitability, and general store operations. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and clean equipment and facility daily. QUALIFICATIONS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements with speed. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigate maps, locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain, and deliver under various weather conditions. Basic reading, writing, and hearing for telephone and in‑store tasks. Depth perception and vision for driving and working in the shop. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, carry heavy items, push/pull trays, climb stairs, and perform repetitive bending and reaching tasks. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. WORK CONDITIONS

Varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering or outdoors. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F (cools) to 90 °F+. Fumes from cooking, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 °F. Cramped quarters, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing : Most tasks are performed standing on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces 36–48 in. high. Walking : Short distances, lift pallets, travel between store and delivery vehicle. Seating : Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table. Lifting : Bulk deliveries of up to 50 lb, cases of ingredients up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft, stack to 72 in. Carrying : Large cans, pizza sauce up to 30 lb, trays of dough up to 12 lb each. Pushing/Pulling : Trays on dollies (24–30 in) require up to 7.5 lb force. Climbing : Infrequent stairs or ladders during maintenance; up to five flights may be required. Bending/Squatting : Ongoing bending near pizza assembly and stocking areas. Reaching : Continuous up, down, forward, above 72 in on occasion. Driving : Deliver pizzas within designated area, may make several deliveries per shift. Hand Tasks : Continuous use of hands, forearms, wrists; frequent pinching during box assembly. ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
