Job Summary:

Acts as a formal resource coordinating others. Coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc., based on direction from Operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environmental:

Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards; report any work‑related injury, illness, incident or hazard; comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations; use appropriate personal protective equipment; promote interdependence; correct hazards; minimize environmental impact; lead HSE training.

Quality:

Follow all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures; raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures; perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices; identify and control non‑conforming material.

Delivery:

Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space; operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per customer expectations; demonstrate a high level of competency; work at required cycle time or defined engineering standard.

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively with teams; ensure training completion; seek ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development; ensure clean and orderly work area; support planned operator care and maintenance; remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties; maintain equipment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; college or university degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience:

Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills in logistics, warehousing and third‑party logistics provider management.

Qualifications:

Responsible for warehouse and plant activities on shift; manage and lead warehouse associates for shipping/receiving; strong leadership skills; forklift certification required; Oracle experience; strong communication skills.

Other Information:

100% on‑site; relocation package available. Due to the operational nature and specific job duties of this role, work is required to be completed 100% in person/on‑site.
