What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Advocate II? You’ll be:

Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations.

Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and coordinating with other departments to address customer issues.

Documenting inquiries accurately and maintaining records on complaints and customer comments, providing feedback to management.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

Have open availability to work an 8‑hour shift between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, Monday through Friday.

Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.

Are skilled in navigating computer systems quickly and can type a minimum of 3,540 words per minute.
