Medical Scheduler (Patient Coordinator)

Summary A patient coordinator is the first point of contact, sets tone through excellent patient care, and performs administrative duties for smooth check‑in/out.
Hours Full Time; Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm. Open availability.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter
Answer phones, internal and external, with prompt courteous service
Manage patient flow and office scheduling
Collect correct payments and knowledge of fees
Complete daily reconciliations and close day cash drawer
Perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Outcome of a favorable background check
Basic computer skills
Desire to learn and grow
Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous professional manner
Demonstrated initiative in accomplishing practice goals
Adaptable, team‑oriented, patient‑focused
Willing to work over 40 hours to meet business needs
Minimum Required Experience One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
